No returns or Exchanges for change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we strictly DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for a simple change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

* Sale Items: All items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are considered "Final Sale" and are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

• Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your package.
• Kindly provide your order umber and clear photos of the damages item.
• In these cases, we will fully cover the return shipping costs and issue a replacement or a full refund.

 

Eligibility for eligible returns

For any pre-approved returns or exchanges (due to defects/errors):

• Items must be unused, unwashed and it the same condition that you received them
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Any items that show signs of use of damage caused by the customer will not accepted.
